PTFA

The Wraysbury Primary School PTFA is a registered charity, made up of Parents, Teachers, Friends and Associates of the school, who work as a team to organise events and raise funds for the benefit of the children.
We are responsible for the planning, organising and running of the majority of fundraising activities and events at the school, with the aim of enriching the children's time spent at primary school.  We hold a variety of events each term, including; discos, ice-cream sales, fairs, art evenings and competitions as well as Christmas focussed activities to name a few.
The funds raised from these events have been used to purchase some fabulous ‘extras’ for the benefit of the children including; school minibus, contributions towards coach trips, welcome & leavers gifts, gardening equipment, play equipment, outdoor classroom, wet play games, as well as audio visual equipment and much, much, more!

The children of the school are at the heart of everything we do.  This is why, we often ask the School Council to recommend how they would like to spend the money - this way we know the children get the equipment and experiences that they value.

The PTFA is always looking to welcome new volunteers to join the committee, help out at events and share their experience and knowledge to help develop exciting new events and other fundraising ideas.

We would love to hear from you, should you have some free time to join us.
